• Storage & Protection: We store your data securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy, using industry-standard measures to protect it from unauthorized access.

• Deletion: If you delete your account, we will remove your User Content from our active systems within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law or necessary for legitimate business purposes (e.g., dispute resolution, compliance).

6. Paid services & payments

• Once our product and premium features are online, payment terms will be clear. Refunds, pricing, and cancellation policies will always be transparent in our Help center.

• Gutsi offers customers the option to pre-order our physical device before it is officially released. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that:

a. The device may not be immediately available and estimated delivery dates are subject to change.

b. Placing a pre-order does not require payment. The full shopping procedure and payment process will be made available when communicated by Gutsi.

c. Gutsi reserves the right to cancel pre-orders in the event of unforeseen production or supply issues, in which case you will be notified and no payment will be taken.

d. Placing a pre-order does not guarantee any specific results or outcomes from using the device.

7. Intellectual property rights

Everything about Gutsi — text, design, logos, code—is protected IP owned by us or our licensors.
 Use it only as allowed in these Terms.

8. Liability & disclaimers

• Gutsi is designed for general wellness and lifestyle purposes only. It provides insights into patterns and routines, not medical advice. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and should never be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a healthcare professional with questions about your health.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Gutsi and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including, but not limited to, loss of health progress, lost profits, data loss, or service interruptions.

• Our Services (including the mobile app and physical products) are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

• Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where prohibited by law.

We may update these Terms. You’ll see the new effective date at the top. If changes are significant, we’ll try to notify you through email or in-app prompts.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services or physical products without our written permission.

13. Miscellaneous

• Entire agreement: These Terms (plus the Privacy policy) are the full agreement between you and us.

• Severability: If part of these Terms is invalid, the rest still applies.

• No waiver: Not enforcing a right immediately doesn’t waive that right.
